I'm not sure if this is true or not guys (if it is ACCURATE please LET ME KNOW ASAP!!!), but word on the [internet] streets is that Canadian R&B crooner Keisha Chante has been chosen to play the R&B singer Aaliyah in an upcoming film which is slated to open in 2009!!! We all MISS Aaliyah, she passed in a 2001 Plane Crash along with several dancers...R.I.P.
According to The National Post & BLOG WORLD currently untitled movie will capture Aaliyah's rise to stardom and her sudden tragic death...stay tuned...I really hope this is TRUE!!! Here are some photos of Keisha Chante, she does favor Aaliyah to me...what do you think?
