
A man associated with Freekey Zekey’s crew the 730 Dips was arrested on Tuesday (Feb. 10) on drug charges.
NorthJersey.com reports that authorities stopped the North Carolina rapper - who goes by the name King Tut - and his manager, Brandon J. Butler in Fort Lee, N.J. Officer Dennis Pathos pulled the men over after smelling marijuana coming from their vehicle. He then found marijuana inside the car, causing him to search the car.
Along with the marijuana, police found a half an ounce of cocaine stuffed insides a teddy bear, drug paraphernalia and a digital scale.
The men were charged with manufacturing/distribution or intent to manufacture/distribute a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, as well as separate driving violations for the car’s owner.
The men are currently in Bergen County Jail. Tut who was born Darnell A. Brittingham is being held on $25,000 bail and Buckley on $15,000 bail.
As of press time, Zeke has not issued any comments on the situation. The Diplomats rapper was convicted of his own drug charges in 2004, serving two years behind bars for running an ecstasy ring. - Elan Mancini

Just hours after 730 Dips rapper King Tut (born Darnell Brittingham) posted bail on drug charges, authorities say he is the prime suspect in a stabbing.
According to news network 1010 wins police are looking for the Freekey Zekey affiliate. They believe the North Carolina MC stabbed a woman seven times in a New Jersey apartment yesterday afternoon. The unidentified woman is expected to live.
